Adam Alvarado is a Latino American multi-instrumentalist, composer, arranger and overall guitar virtuoso based in Houston, Texas. Adam is known as a Prog player, exploring sub-genres including Groove, Thrash, Power, Funk, Electronic, Trap and Djent. Adam started young as a drummer (as most of his family were drummers), but soon picked up his first guitar at the age of 8. Adam officially started his solo project in early 2013 and currently also plays lead and rhythm with backing vocals for a Texas Metal band called D.W.I. (Driven With Insanity). Adam's latest solo project “Icon” is characterised by heavy riffs and tasty licks.
